The Many Faces of Sami

I took these pictures this morning while Sami was eating breakfast. I know it's a lot of pictures, but I just had to put them all in because it was so funny. Keep in mind that these shots were taken pretty much in rapid succession.

Thanksgiving dinner was apparently a success. Zach did the bird and the pumpkin pie(which was amazingly better than my previous attempts). I made fresh cranberry sauce, cheese puffs, pecan pie, and crescent rolls. We had our friend Angie over. It was relaxing to just stay home.

Black Friday was pretty good for us. Zach and I each got a couple things we've been needing for really good deals. Something happened in NY (I think) that really made it black (as in sad). A man (who was not small and a security guard) was trampled to death at a Walmart. People were stepping over his dead body as they walked in the store to get their "deals." And some customers were angry that they closed for a few hours. Oh, what a pathetic commentary on our society! I was absolutely disgusted when I saw this in the paper on Saturday.

The Zwick Christmas (yes, I am not pc-ing this) party was so fun. Of course, it was way better that we were able to leave the Damage at home sleeping like an angel (thanks to Layton and Ashley.)

I found a deal on Amazon. It's the carseat I've been saving to buy Sami. It was $30 off, plus I got free shipping. Yay!

Plus, what's with tomorrow??? There are about 1 million things going on at the same times. What the heck is going on?

Also, I was going to take a picture of this, but couldn't. Sometimes (okay, okay, almost everyday) I line diapers up on the half wall at top of the stairs. (This occurs because it's butt-cold outside and I just don't want to go out.) Zach and I thought it would be hilariously funny if we kept putting them there until they lined the whole wall. I couldn't stand it. So I took them to out and didn't take a picture. I know, you're very disappointed in me. I need to document these things for future generations. Oh well.

Um, yeah. The end, the end, the end, the end...
