Please, No Mo Sno!

HOLY COW!!! I am so SICK and TIRED of the freaking winter weather. Um, hello, on Saturday it was like 75, then Sunday (and ever since) it has been butt cold...again. Here I was, all excited that it was finally going to be spring...only to have it dangled in my face and snatched away just like that. Blech.
Okay, I know I complain a lot about the cold weather, but I do actually enjoy...just during the WINTER...NOT when it is supposed to be spring (which is my favorite season, so you could see why I'm upset...I just want to go outside without a jacket, is that so much to ask.)

It's time for other randoms...I guess

-Sami has been a mixture of really good and whiny this morning. She will sit/walk and just entertain herself for quite a while. Then, out of nowhere, she will start whining and want me to hold her...Oh well! She is generally (like 95% of the time) a very pleasant, happy girl who entertains herself and me. And the other 5% of the time, she really isn't that bad. And besides, how could you NOT love this girl...(see picture below)

-We redboxed Get Smart (again) this weekend. There wasn't anything else really, and we both loved it the first time, so we thought, "What the hey?!" It was worth it the second time around, too. There have been a couple others as well, but I can't remember them right now and don't really want to expend the brain power to think about it.

-Can I just say, "Pampered Chef"...yes, my party was a couple weeks ago...yes, it was fun and the food was delicious...AND, this is the best part, I got my stuff on Saturday! I haven't used any of it yet, but I washed it all today. (Yes, I will admit that I am a nerd for being excited to WASH my new kitchen toys...but I'm sure I'm not alone...or am I???) Gosh, I can't even decide which thing I am most excited to use. :)

-My parents celebrated their 34th anniversary on Sunday. I am so glad to have them as my parents! And, I think 34 years of being married is a HUGE accomplishment. I wish more people could boast such long, happy marriages. So, this is belated, but Happy Anniversary!

-jghfhmkgmkfhkhlkfhkfghgvnfvjkdccc cccccc bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbcccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc

-That is Sami's contribution.

-Wow, I had to think for a few seconds (okay, maybe longer)to find the right word for that sentence...pathetic.

-I love to read...consequently, I have read (if my brain is remembering properly) 8 books this year. It may be 9. Actually, Monday night (this is a pathetic confession) I was up until 1am reading...well, I needed to finish the book because somebody else needed to read it...it's for my book club. So, I basically read it all in one day...310 pages...oh, sad. But that's how much I love to read.

-Okay, this is entirely too long. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if NO ONE reads this. I wouldn't blame you. My life is way too uneventful. My brain is way too random. I'm way too not funny. I could probably say whatever I wanted and you wouldn't even know...ANYWAY.

-I'm done now. (I can hear all the sighs of relief from the zero people reading this.)
-Oh, just one more thing...wait, I just lost it. Dang, I was going to share something really cute about Sami. She distracted me. Brain fart. I'm sure I will remember what it was after I've already posted this....Bwaha! I just remembered. Sami always finds things on the floor (lint, crumbs, pieces of paper, etc). Instead of eating these things, she will pick them up and bring them to Zach or I. The only exception is if she finds a Cheerio or some other food that she recognizes...this she will eat.
-I really am done, now, I promise.

We loved Get Smart, too! Great show. And I'm the same with reading as you are. I love it, and have a hard time putting a book down once I've started! Your Pampered Chef party was fun!

What did you get from PC? I need ideas of what's good for my show...I'm thinking of getting the food chopper.
Haven't seen Get Smart yet, thanks for the recommendation. See you tomorrow at book club! :)

I'm with you for sure on the winter weather. Every year I really pine for a nice warm, sunny spring day which leads me to pining for a nice sunny, hot summer afternoon.

May your spring day come soon, Tara . . . I love you!

It's nice to know that I am not the only brain-farting, rambling mommy out there. :)
